SHIPPING

We offer Free Shipping on all orders with total cart value greater than or equal to Rs. 500.

It takes upto 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally for orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day.
During busy times, such as holiday periods or bad weather conditions, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Cancellation of Order by User

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “Processing” or “Prepare For Shipping” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to support@feltfetish.com giving your Order Number.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “Shipped” by us, the order cannot be canceled. www.feltfetish.com has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.feltfetish.com and accept www.feltfetish.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Cancellation of Order by Felt Fetish

Felt Fetish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Felt Fetish for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

REPLACEMENT and return policy

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • There might be a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong item(s) is delivered to you.
  • You are not satisfied with the product or it does not serve your purpose. 

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within 5 days from date of delivery of product(s) to the customer.

Products can be replaced within 5 days except under the following conditions:

  1. Items have been used, soiled and/or damaged by the customer.
  2. Items not returned in the condition it was received.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning.  We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner.  There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall be charged shipping charges for any further delivery attempts.

Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for payments made online will be refunded via the same mode into the origin account.
  2. Refunds for COD payments will be credited into your Felt Fetish account as Reward Points which you can use to shop on www.feltfetish.com
  3. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at support@feltfetish.com

The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Felt Fetish  account as Reward Points in case of COD payments.

For payments made online the refund will be reflected in your account depending on the time taken by your Banking partner

  • If an order has been confirmed by us but we are not able to ship the product(s) on time or if the product(s) is not available then we will provide full refund for the order value.
  • Shipping and COD charges are not refundable unless the cancellation is being made by Felt Fetish.

Partial Refunds

  • Shipping and COD Fees – The shipping and COD (if the order was COD) charges will be recalculated by subtracting the value of the product(s) being returned from the total amount paid. If the new cart value is below Rs. 500, then shipping and COD charges will be recovered from the customer during refund.
  • Discounts – The discounts will be recalculated by subtracting the value of the product(s) being returned from the total amount paid. If the new cart value is below the minimum requirement of the coupon used, then the discount on the remaining products will be removed and appropriate amount will be refunded to the customer.
